ComSonics is seeking a driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our entry into the elevator electronics repair market. This individual contributor role offers full ownership of the sales cycle-from identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships to closing deals and growing our footprint.

You will connect with OEMs, elevator service companies, and facilities teams, leveraging your expertise in electronic components, including controllers, boards, displays, and sensors, to develop tailored proposals that meet customer needs. Managing the sales process independently, you'll build a strong pipeline and deliver measurable growth.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of business development or technical sales experience in B2B industrial or service environments

Familiarity with elevator systems or electronics repair preferred

Strong consultative selling skills and solid understanding of electronic systems

Self-motivated with strong office proficiency and comfortable managing administrative tasks independently
