Compunetics, Inc. is a manufacturer of state-of-the-art rigid and flexible circuit boards producing products from fast turn high tech multilayer circuit board proto@types to non-traditional, high-density and high-speed interconnects which serve a wide variety of customer requirements.

Compunetics is seeking an individual to plan, direct, and coordinates the procurement, inventory, and movement of materials to support organizational operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare RFQ's and Purchase Orders and submit to suppliers

Source and develop new suppliers

Negotiate prices

Collaborate with approved suppliers for best price, quality and delivery

Liaise between suppliers, customers and internal account management, Planning and Production

Coordinate semi-annual uniform orders

Maintain departmental work instructions

Maintain daily inventory daily cycle counts

Supervise and oversee the Shipping/Receiving Department

Requirements:

Bachelor - Supply Chain Management or Business

3-5 years purchasing/Supply Chain Management at a manufacturing facility

Industrial materials, chemicals, laminates and other raw material procurement experience preferred

Printed circuit board experience a plus

Understanding of ERP, planning, expediting and inventory control processes in a production environment

Solid Interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills required

Some supervision or team leadership experience desired
