*Medical Office Associate*

Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records.
Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule patient appointments.
Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service with empathy.

*Experience:*
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
Proficient in computer skills, includingMicrosoft Office and email communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team that provides excellent patient care.
