The Direct Support Professional's primary role is to honor the support the person supported has requested through their plans and to use the systems in place. The Direct Support Professional provides the physical and communication accommodation and support necessary for people being supported to live in their own home and to access the community of their choosing.

Up to a $2,000 hiring bonus:

$500 upon hire

$500 with proof of 6 months Supported Living experience

$1,000 with current 40-Hour Residential Services Curriculum certificate

Priority will be given to current employees who meet the qualifications

No experience necessary to apply! However, a minimum of 6 months of Supported Living experience and a 40-Hour Residential Services Curriculum certificate is required to be eligible to receive the full bonus.
