Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Duties

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Balance and reconcile revenue accounts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for

Prepare daily reports summarizing financial activities

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus

Ability to work night shifts and weekends
