Job Summary\ We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our hospitality services.

Duties\

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.\

Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.\

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism

and courtesy.\

Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide

information about hotel services.\

Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.\

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest

satisfaction.\

Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and

resort amenities.\

Assist in managing front desk operations during busy periods.

Skills\

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.\

Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry is

preferred.\

Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is

advantageous.\

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\

Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse

guests.\

A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a

team-oriented setting.\

Familiarity with hospitality management principles is beneficial.
