About Us ColdSnap Logistics is a growing refrigerated logistics company providing delivery and warehouse support for national food distributors and retail partners. We are expanding into the Bethlehem, PA area and looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to help us serve our customers efficiently and professionally.

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Grocery Picker & Delivery Driver and Customer to join our Bethlehem team. This position is focused on preparing grocery and food service orders for pickup and delivery. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer orders are accurate, properly packed, and ready for handoff.

This is a great early-morning position for someone looking to earn extra income before another job or make it a full time M-F opportunity --- perfect for those who want consistent weekday hours and a supportive team environment or looking to work a few extra ships to fill out their week.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

7:00 AM -- 3:00 PM (shift length varies)

No weekends required

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and deliver grocery orders accurately and efficiently

Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure smooth order handoffs

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Verify product quality and cold storage handling procedures

Provide friendly and professional customer service at pickup counter

Requirements

Prior grocery, warehouse, or food service experience preferred but not required

Must be reliable and punctual --- early morning availability required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/ sit/ drive for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Perks

Pay: $18--$23 per hour based on experience and performance

Incentive bonuses available for accuracy and attendance
