Clover Island Inn is currently taking applications for a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk. Ideal candidates must be willing to work between the hours of 3PM to 11PM, must be available at the weekends and holidays, have prior customer service experience and must have reliable transportation. 25-32 hours per week. Responsibilities and Skills

Assisting guests with check-ins and check-out

Responsible for balancing the bank

Candidates must be able to work alone without supervision

Provide excellent customer service, ability to keep front office and accounting running smoothly.

Ability to multi-task, can communicate in person or over the phone in professional manner

Problem solving, dealing with guests requests, complaints and emergencies

Strong customer service and problem solving skills

Attention to details

Reliable and defendable

Greeting guests with warm hospitality

Due to the nature of our business, flexibility with our work schedules will be required to include weekends and holidays

Time to time will need to help the Housekeeping Department with laundry such as folding towels.

Qualifications

Musta have a reliable transportation

Must be 18 and up

Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Customer Service or something similar role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task

Respectful and honest

Can work under a fast phase and busy environment

Neat, Professional grooming and presentation

Pay: $16.66 per hour
