Duties

Engage with customers, writing incoming and outgoing customer orders.

Operate sewing machines and other equipment to construct garments according to specifications.

Perform alterations and repairs on clothing items, ensuring a perfect fit for MILITARY AND CIVILIAN customers.

Collaborate with designers and clients to understand design requirements and provide input on garment construction.

Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available.

Utilize basic math skills for measurements, adjustments, and fabric calculations.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering solutions related to garment fitting or design.

Stay updated on current fashion trends and techniques to enhance skills and improve the quality of work.

Experience

Proven experience in sewing, garment construction, or a related field is essential.

Familiarity with various @types of sewing machines and tools is required.

Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements and adjustments in garment creation.
