Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.

Manage housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.

Ensure all linens are clean and properly stocked in guest rooms.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards.

Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or related fields is preferred.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.

Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
