[Duties and Responsibilities]{.underline}

[1. Own the day-to-day administration, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, including product data, contact records, market segmentation, and targeted marketing initiatives.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[a. Capture, enter, and manage inbound leads from multiple sources, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate data entry, and appropriate lead qualification.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[b. Research and build targeted contact lists using third-party industry databases to identify new opportunities, projects, and market-specific prospects.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[2. Support website content updates and optimization efforts, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners to improve usability, messaging, and customer experience.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[3. Maintain and update sales collateral, product literature, and web-based resources while coordinating timely fulfillment requests for internal teams and external customers.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
