Job Duties Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients, family members, witnesses, other attorneys, and professionals.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and documents.
Handle sensitive personal and financial information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Remain composed and professional in situations involving high emotions or high-stakes transactions.
Support attorneys by managing case files, discovery, pleadings, and other paralegal duties as assigned.
Demonstrate proactive time management, prioritize tasks, and identify issues requiring attorney attention.
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all paperwork and reports.
Utilize computer systems and standard office technology efficiently; adhere to office procedures and workflows.

Minimum Education Required High School Graduate

Minimum Experience Required Training in paralegal studies or prior law firm experience is preferred
