Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.

Process payments efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.

Skills

Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for patrons.

Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is preferred.

Experience in food service within fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous.

Proficiency with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
