The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the staff of our Foster Care Program which includes tracking data, preparing reports, and assisting with managing office needs including a wide range of clerical and administrative services to support program, department, and office needs.

Candidate qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Three years' related experience required.

Have an eye for detail and are skilled at using Microsoft products for documentation preparation, data collection, and reporting.

Able to communicate effectively - both in writing and verbally.

Strong organization and task prioritization skills.

Job details:

Compensation: Hourly: Range is between $18.40--$20.24/hour, offers are commensurate with experience. B ilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs. Schedule: Full-time, hourly; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm.
