Pay: $18.25 per hour

Job Duties:

Opening/Closing the store operations.

Managing Team members, Lead and manage a dedicated team of food preparation and serving workers, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Customer relations, quality assurance, maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Purchase ordering of food products on schedules and budgetary constraints.

Responsible for training and development of associates.

Responsible for the restaurant functions in positive and productive work environment.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Oversee inventory levels and minimize waste and ensure availability of all necessary materials for daily operations.

customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs and peak business hours.

Financial Oversight, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Managing cost-saving initiatives and revenue optimization.

Resolve customer complaint and issues efficiency and streamline operations.

Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance productivity.

Assist with interview, hiring process and training new staff and motivate Teams.

Requirement/Qualifications:

1 Years experience in Management or Supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred.

Required Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with poise.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Required Driver's License and Social Security Card.

Required Read, Write and Speak Good English.

Required High School diploma or GED.
