Location perimeter east of Columbia South Carolina (relocation expense paid and housing paid for 60 days for those who want to relocate )

(A) In house attorney -prefer a recent SC law school graduate -out of state candidates must be able to pass the SC state bar at our expense not yours - will be an assistant to the 2 partners . First task unwind one of the partners prior business ventures , pay off assets of that business , liquidate those assets . Refund customers after negotiations to purchase their assets .File a lawsuit once its all finished so there is a defined tax loss . Second task , assist in the acquisition of equipment for the business , this will include in negotiating, traveling to go look in person , and paying for the item , transporting the item back to the dealership by hiring a transportation company or driving the asset back . Third task help research and acquire real estate to benefit the dealerships growth . Fourth task , keep the dealership legal and compliant with all local laws and policys . You will be involved in all hiring , terminations , and human resource functions. You will keep a watchful eye over employees , their safety , OSHA violations , safety concerns , and equipment fitness . You must be comfortable with talking and dealing with customers that you have never met before . You must be willing to learn the automobile business . You must be willing to learn the towing and auto transport business. You will be the administrator of all insurance and employee benefits . One of your roles will be to solve any customer complaints by applying the Golden Rule making it happen regardless of profit or loss . You must be willing to travel as this job will keep you on the road for the first several months getting things negotiated, legal , tagged , insured , and funded . 5 day work weeks , vacation and sick day pay , benefit package . We will provide a company car and fuel for the right hire .
