Schedule: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Clerical Tasks

Manage correspondence and allocate checks as needed based on business requirements.

Assist with processing orders and finance-related administrative tasks.

Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

Update paperwork, maintain documents, and perform word processing.

Manage filing systems and record information as needed.

Help organize and maintain office common areas.

Perform general office clerk duties and errands.

Maintain office equipment and order supplies as needed.

Customer & Client Support

Greet clients and visitors as needed.

Aid with client reception and provide assistance as required.

Inventory & Shipping

Manage inventory, including creating and handling shipping orders.

Maintain and replenish office supply inventory.

Qualifications

Previous office administration experience is required; finance administration experience is desirable but not essential.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
