What Youll Do

Be the first voice our customers hear warm, professional, and

reassuring

Orchestrate the daily scheduleso techs are in the right place at

the right time

Navigate the unexpected reschedules, sick calls, overflow days

with poise

Keep ServiceTitan accurate(our operations software) so the whole

team stays aligned

Protect the customer relationshipwhen challenges arise, keeping

trust intact

Support outbound campaignsto confirm, follow-up, and keep the

board full

Think like a dispatcher: anticipate, adapt, and keep calm no

matter the chaos

What It Takes to Win Here

**2+ years in dispatching, customer service, or

scheduling**(preferred)

A voice that makes customers feel cared for and heard

Organizational skillssharper than a journeymans tool belt

Comfort withMicrosoft Officeand learning service software
