Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all aspects of our club's operations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the country club environment. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and member satisfaction while driving financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Club Operations:

Manage and oversee all departments, including food and beverage, golf, and special events.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient club operations.

Monitor and maintain the club's physical assets, including the clubhouse, grounds, and recreational facilities.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.

Member Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Plan and execute a diverse calendar of social events, tournaments, and activities for members.

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members and their guests.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the club's annual budget, including revenue projections and expense control.

Analyze financial performance, prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.

Oversee all financial transactions, including billing, accounts payable, and payroll.

Leadership and Team Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of department heads and staff.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff.

Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
