We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our growing logistics and warehousing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our orders and shipments all while maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties

Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information for all inbound and outbound shipments Work and manage weekly orders Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services. Manage inbound and outbound emails for shipping information, defective merchandise, etc... Someone who is not afraid to get on the warehouse floor and pack small orders as needed Daily follow up with customers Skills

Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills to maintain a structured office environment. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Google docs, and Google Drive Competence in vendor management practices to ensure smooth operations. Clerical skills that include attention to detail in document preparation and filing processes.
