Position Summary: The Manufacturing Operator I will be responsible for assisting with the production of animal dietary supplements, focused on equipment operation and product packaging. This position will require individuals to learn and operate different equipment sets focused on the weighing, blending, and filling of various powder and pelleted formats, as well as operating packaging equipment that will fill and label products. Individuals will focus on product quality and on time delivery as defined by the operations team.

Essential Functions:

Adhere to company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

Operate machinery according to SOPs.

Label and fill various packaging components such as bottles, buckets,

tubes, jars, bags, pouches, etc.

Assist in preparation and fulfillment of customer sales orders.

Accurately complete company Batch Records for quantity and Lot coding

association.

Perform cleaning and sanitization of the Manufacturing Area to meet NASC and

cGMP regulation requirements.

Take direction from both Operations and Quality Management.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Warehouse and/or Forklift experience preferred.

Ability to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs multiple times per day required.

Ability to stand for long hours on a concrete surface.

Ability to read and write in English.

Basic math skills and attention to detail required.

Work Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Physical Demands and Other Duties:

The work requires physical demands with frequent lifting and/or moving of

materials in the 10-50-pound range. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration, and high noise levels. Knowledge and implementation of safety practices and personal protective equipment is critical.
