Key Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles using manual methods or material handling equipment.

Material Handling: Move, stack, and organize materials and products in warehouses or storage facilities, ensuring items are stored in the appropriate locations.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory audits by accurately counting and recording stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to management.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company and regulatory operating standards.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or safety incidents to supervisors immediately.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and improve warehouse operations, participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, trash removal, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive movements.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in handling and recording inventory.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
