Job Description: The Office Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks from answering phones, managing correspondence, administering notary work, organizing documents/files and supporting other staff members.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Maintain filing system

Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties

Support other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Someone who if friendly & willing to learn

Comfortable using various software applications

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
