Responsible for expanding business opportunities through partnerships with insurance carriers, fleet operators, and local dealerships. Oversee lead generation, conversion tracking, and revenue growth while ensuring alignment between incoming work and shop capacity.

Specific duties include:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, track conversions, and increase revenue through strategic outreach.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain strong communication with insurance agents, adjusters, and commercial clients to ensure repeat business.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Increase brand visibility in order to increase sales.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Work closely with estimators and shop staff to align incoming work with shop capacity and workflow.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or related. Must also have 2 years of experience in a related role.

Experience must include:

Experience with negotiating and closing deals.

Experience managing multiple financial projects from planning to execution.
