What Youll Do

As an

LVN, youll provide compassionate nursing care to adults with IDD in both community and residential settings. Every day brings new opportunities to connect, care, and make an impact.

Your day may include:

Administering medications and treatments per physicians orders

Conducting health assessments and monitoring vital signs

Documenting and reporting changes in health status

Supporting individuals during medical appointments and emergencies

Training and guiding direct support staff on health-related procedures

Collaborating with RNs, case managers, and care teams

Ensuring compliance with all nursing standards and agency policies

What Were Looking For

Current LVN License (Texas)

Valid Drivers License

1+ year of LVN experience(experience in IDD or behavioral health preferred)

Compassion, integrity, and a passion for helping others

Strong teamwork and communication skills
