Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch care to patients in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas.

Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently for patient management.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.

At least 1 year of healthcare experience, including experience with EMR systems like TruChart EHR.

A valid Regular Driver License (DL) and ability to travel locally to patient homes.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

Ability to manage time and schedule independently.

Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Travel:
