About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Residential Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves working on home remodels, renovations and rental property repairs and improvements. The ideal candidate has experience with a variety of construction tasks, takes pride in quality work, and can follow instructions while also working independently.

Responsibilities

Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting and finish work

Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely

Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed

Perform general labor and other duties to support the project team

Qualifications

Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail

Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Working phone for communication and scheduling
