We are looking for an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher who doesn't just teach, but builds a world where every child belongs, thrives, and discovers their full potential.

What Youll Do (The Fun Stuff):

Design the Magic: Craft vibrant, tailored lesson plans that turn literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning into an absolute adventure for children with unique learning needs (including autism and developmental delays).

Cultivate Joy: Create a classroom environment so positive, engaging, and structured that good behavior and breakthroughs happen naturally.

Co-Pilot with Pros: Work side-by-side with our rockstar multidisciplinary team of speech therapists, occupational therapists, and specialists. Together, youll seamlessly weave therapy goals right into daily playtime and learning.

Track the Triumphs: Conduct assessments and monitor IEP goals to champion each childs individual progress. (Yes, theres data and compliance, but its the roadmap to our students' success!)

Be the Ultimate Ally: Partner closely with families, giving them the insights and support they need to celebrate their child's growth at home.

What You Bring to the Sandbox:

The Magic Touch: Deep expertise in early childhood and special education, with a toolkit full of positive behavior management strategies.

The Know-How: Solid experience supporting children with autism, developmental delays, or hearing impairments (deaf education experience is a massive plus!).

The Superpowers: A strong understanding of IEP development, special education law, and educational compliance standards. You know how to keep the ship running smoothly and legally.

Tech-Savvy Sensibility: Comfort using modern learning technology tools to enhance your teaching and track student development.
