The AP/AR Administrator Reports to the Assistant Controller and works in collaboration with the Corporate Finance Team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of AP/AR for Canduct and Specialty Transformer. This individual will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting processes related to AP/AR.

Job Responsibilities

2)[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Journal entries and posting intercompany transactions

3)[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Provide assistance in the intercompany reconciliation processes

4)[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Processing daily mail for both facilities

5)[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Inventory assistance with necessary (ie: admin and counts)

Accounts Payable

1)[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Process vendor invoices: matching, verifying, coding, and entering data into the accounting system

2)[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""} Assist in reviewing and processing payments and all required documentation

3)[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies
