Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and residents, contributing to their overall experience.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.

Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.

Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials in guest rooms and public areas.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.

Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their needs efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness in an organized manner.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
