Job Overview: The Career School and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a career school and test center. This position involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing budget and finance, and providing excellent customer service to students and test-takers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the career school and test center, including staffing, facilities, and equipment Oversee the admissions process, including student recruitment, application processing, and enrollment procedures Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollment Ensure excellent customer service to students and test-takers, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards including those set by state and local government agencies Develop and manage budgets, including revenue projections, expenses, and capital expenditures Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners Analyze data and metrics to assess program performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or related field At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration or office management Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external partners Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements related to career schools and test centers Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Customer service oriented with a commitment to student success Physical Demands:

This job may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time May require lifting of materials and equipment up to 25 pounds Salary and Benefits:
