As a Smoothie Spot team member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. You will be the face of our 'Spot', ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve smoothies, smoothie bowls and other food items according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the 'Spot' area, including dining and kitchen spaces.

Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals/tasks.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.

Passion for learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
