::: {automation-id="jobPostingHeader"} Lead the Engineering Function for CHG Facilities in the region. Manage capital budget priorities and ensure successful execution of projects in CHG facilities. Collaborate to develop the technology and engineering standards for the Region and ensure adherence to standards across the plants. Lead execution of Major Capital Projects in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with RandD, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering to develop strategic capital investment plans for the network of US facilities.

Develop equipment and process standards for facilities

Coach and develop the Engineering and Maintenance Managers in the plants to develop and execute capital projects and technical improvements.

Support execution of capital projects for the facilities. Partner with Engineering and Maintenance teams in these plants to support smaller projects and directly manage larger projects (typically >$500k and/or high complexity) in these plants.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education/Certifications:

BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred)

Preferred certifications in Project Management, Combustible Dust and Hygienic design standards, TPM

Experience:

10+ years experience leading capital projects and managing plant capital budgets in a high speed food manufacturing environment with progressing levels of responsibility. Bakery, Frozen, and/or Dry Mix experience preferred.

Experience leading cross functional teams to develop technical standards and project scope.

Preferred - Experience leading and executing projects in a TPM/continuous improvement environment

Preferred - Experience in the manufacturing, processing, and engineering of baked and food products, regulations, and equipment.
