Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Assist with menu planning, ensuring a variety of nutritious options are available. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas. Follow food safety protocols to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe environment. Assist with catering events as needed, providing support in food preparation and service. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.

Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to prepare meals in accordance with dietary restrictions or preferences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that meet customer expectations. Experience with catering services is a plus but not required.
