Evaluate the performance of the production side of the company, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development, and provide reports to upper management. Provide return-on investment, profit-loss projections, and market performance reports to residential and commercial investors. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, marketing methods, and sales. Perform quantitative and qualitative market research studies and market analysis for residential and commercial real estate properties. Monitor local and national industry statistics and anticipate real estate investment opportunities for company clients. Seek and provide information to help company accounts and investors determine their position in the marketplace. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale of listings and ensure customer satisfaction. Advise company clients on local, national, or international factors affecting the

buying or selling of residential and commercial real estate. Create and implement a set marketing structure for the companys listing department and a strategic plan for buyers to ensure their success in acquiring property. Create and develop relationships with new construction home builders and developers and try to generate revenue through corporate referrals. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on local and national market research, statistics, and trends.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and two (2) years of work experience in quantitative and qualitative market research studies and market analysis for residential and commercial real estate properties.
