?Summary of Responsibilities

To prepare the vehicle for the painting process; to perform high quality automotive painting on vehicle chassis, vehicle module, cabinets and/or small parts. To perform high quality coating applications such as interior and exterior grade linings; to assemble and apply the stripe layouts to the vehicle using established prints and layout designs or by creating new prints and designs.

Summary of Activities

Receive, review and interpret instructions and prints for each unit or job. Plan details of working procedure, tooling and material requirements

Module, chassis and other assembly parts as needed

Module and chassis as needed

Assembly and disassembly of module and chassis

Applying the stripe layout and painting vehicle's stripe and painting the vehicle's chassis and module

Mask off and unmasking the chassis and module

Painting of miscellaneous small parts and the vehicle's doors

Application of all coating/lining products to require vehicle assemblies both manufactured and purchased

Formula mixing and color blending, painting of single stage, base/clear coat or tri-coat applications
