Purpose:

To provide expert advice, the correct part, in the correct quantity, in good condition and packaged appropriately to our customer while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely shipments.

Responsibilities:

Acts as an expert consultant and parts trainer to our dealership networks parts personnel.

Obtain and maintain a strong working knowledge of our parts documentation systems.

All aspects pertaining to the smooth daily operation of the service parts order desk.

Project a professional image while dealing with customers and dealership parts personnel.

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service parts warehouse

, including prioritizing orders and resolving customer issues

Provide guidance, direction, training and support to service parts team members.

Assist with order picking, packing and shipping as needed in busy seasons.

Receive stock, process customer orders and returns and maintain warehouse safety.

Safely utilize and maintain warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years experience

in warehouse or related job experience

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are a must

Strong computer skills, including

Microsoft Office experience

Strong organizational skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with agriculture equipment is a strong asset
