Key Responsibilities Your primary focus will revolve around the installation and repair of septic systems, ensuring all components are placed correctly and function efficiently. Beyond septic work, you will engage in diverse dirt work projects including driveway installations, improvements, and final grade work to prepare sites for use. You will be responsible for land clearing tasks such as tree and brush removal, as well as the construction of livestock tanks and management systems. Daily duties require the proficient use of basic hand tools and the ability to perform precise trenching for utilities and drainage. You will also assist with the transportation of equipment, which includes safely pulling and backing trailers to various job sites throughout the region.

Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles and transport equipment. We require proven experience in towing, specifically the ability to confidently pull and back trailers in diverse environments. While we provide on-the-job training for specific project @types, prior experience with earth-moving equipment is considered a significant plus and will allow you to take on more complex tasks immediately. You should have a foundational knowledge of construction hand tools and the physical stamina required to perform demanding manual labor in the Texas heat. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow complex safety protocols are non-negotiable requirements for this position.
