POSITION SUMMARY: This faculty position will be tenure or on tenure-track depending on prior qualifications. The position is responsible for teaching an array of classes, primarily undergraduate, advising students, serving faculty governance and contributing to the academic and community life of Bluffton University.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Teach 23-25 credit hours of courses in the general education curriculum, undergraduate accounting and finance curriculum, and master's in business administration program of Bluffton University each fall and spring term.

Faculty members are generally on nine-month work agreements that run from two weeks before classes begin in August through the day grades are due in May.

Occasional meetings may be needed during the summer and faculty members should remain in touch with campus by reading email at least once a week during the summer.
