The receptionist /Medical Records clerk serves as the first point of contact for clients. vistors and staff while ensuring the accurate , timely, and confidential management of all medical records and requests. This position requires excellent of legal and medical documentation processes, including Medicaid and Medicare Compliance.

Greet clients , vistors and callers with professionalism, courtesy and a positive attitude. Answer and route incoming telephone calls , take accurate messages and ensure prompt delivery to attorneys and staff.

Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and Circumstances.

Medical Reords Management Maintain HIPPA-compliant files, release forms and authorizations. Followup with healthcare providers, facilities, and insurers to obtain records, bills, and supporting documentation. Keep detailed logs of all outstanding requests and ensure records arrive in a timely manner. Legal & Administrative Support

**Prepare scheduling orders , notices, and related documents for ongoing cases. Profciency in Microssoft OfficeSuite and case management software. Able to handle sensitive information ewith the utmost confidentaility' friendly and approachable, maintaining positive relationshipswith clients and co workers

Physical and Work requirements Prolonged periods of sittinf at a desk working on a computer Occasional travel to courts , medical providers,or other ofices may be required. Retrieving mail from the post office each day and transporting mail to postoffice when needed.

Compensation $17-$21 an hour depending upon the experience

insurance after 90 day trial period. **
