Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead, support, and motivate a team of part-time sales representatives who are split between Prospecting and Customer Success roles. Your goal is to maximize sales conversions while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of each account. Youll drive strategy, provide training, and closely monitor team performance metrics to support company growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, train, and mentor the sales team, which includes commission-based Prospect Reps and dedicated Customer Success Reps, to achieve set goals. Performance Management: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both prospecting and customer success efforts. Regularly review metrics and provide coaching to optimize individual and team performance. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales and retention targets, and develop strategies for achieving growth. Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to improve processes and meet business objectives. Pipeline Management: Work closely with Prospecting Reps to maintain a strong pipeline, ensure lead generation targets are met, and expedite the progression of leads through the sales funnel. Customer Success Oversight: Oversee the Customer Success Team, ensuring existing customers receive timely, quality support, and that retention, upsell, and customer satisfaction goals are met. Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on team performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, enhance product offerings, and address customer feedback. Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5+ years of sales management experience, preferably with experience in both lead generation and customer account management. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a diverse team with a focus on results and accountability. Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support business goals. Customer-Focused: Proven commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for clear, concise reporting and effective team communication.
