Key Responsibilities:

Perform finishing tasks such as:

Drywall taping, mudding, and sanding

Interior and exterior painting

Installing baseboards, crown molding, and trim

Installing doors, windows, and hardware

Laying flooring (tile, hardwood, laminate, etc.)

Cabinet and countertop installation

Caulking, grouting, and sealing surfaces

Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards and local codes

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

Collaborate with other trades (electricians, plumbers, framers, etc.)

Report material needs, project status, or issues to the Site Supervisor

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in construction finishing or a related trade

Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in finishing work

Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders for extended periods

Work Environment:

May be exposed to dust, noise, and other typical construction hazards

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Problem-solving and time management skills
