Position Summary

The Physical Therapist (DPT) will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This role emphasizes individualized treatment, functional outcomes, and patient education. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices

Develop and implement individualized plans of care

Provide patient education on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals

Participate in continuing education and clinic development initiatives

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Current North Carolina Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills

Excellent communication, empathy, and patient rapport-building abilities

Commitment to patient-centered care and lifelong learning

Preferred Qualifications**

Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy

Manual therapy and/or sports rehabilitation training

Interest in community outreach, wellness programs, or patient education
