Job Duties

You'll maintain confidential Supportive Housing Department and client record files.
You'll complete demographic and program-specific data entry into internal and state-agency software.
You'll work closely with a program director to create reports for agency funders and be responsible for their timely submission.
You'll collaborate with coworkers in ensuring records are thorough and accurately reflect program guidelines.
You'll meet face-to-face with clients and assist individuals with completion of applications.
You'll help determine if those seeking services are eligible for assistance and refer individuals to other community supports.

Minimum Education Required This position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Required Two years of administrative experience, or equivalent.
