Position Description: The Accounting Administrator will perform a range of general clerical and accounting functions. This position will support both accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the Accounting

Manager

Enter daily transactions into QuickBooks

Manage organizing and filing paperwork and documents, sorting and

distributing mail

Assist in month-end closing

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate in English

Must be a team player

Must have:

Strong problem solving, basic accounting principles knowledge,

documentation research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking

Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and general

bookkeeping

Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, Bill.com a plus

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

with integrity

Attention to detail and accuracy

Time Management and Organizational skills

Compensation Package

Hourly Rate \$18 commensurate with experience
