The Customer Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating projects, communicating production updates, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

This role collaborates closely with Operations, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support customer success while driving long-term business partnerships.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers

Gaining a thorough understanding of customer products, goals, and

business needs

Coordinate Customer Projects

Partner with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are

successfully executed

Monitor project timelines and production milestones

Communicate updates regarding production schedules, inventory, and

shipments

Support new product launches, packaging changes, and customer

initiatives

Ensure projects move smoothly from planning through production

Drive Customer Success

Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns

Coordinate issue resolution across departments when needed

Proactively identify and address potential challenges

Delivering an outstanding customer experience that promotes

long-term loyalty and retention

Support Business Growth

Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships

Support customer retention and account growth initiatives

Help customers maximize the value of Bev-Hubs services and

capabilities

Collaborate with leadership on strategic account planning

Maintain Documentation and Organization

Keep accurate customer records and account activity

Document customer meetings, action items, and project updates

Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-up

Assist with customer reporting and business review
