Maintenance Account Manager Responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing maintenance crews to ensure properties are serviced on schedule and meet company quality standards. Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Maintenance Crew Leader Leads a landscaping maintenance crew in daily operations including mowing, trimming, edging, and property upkeep. Must be able to manage crew productivity, ensure quality standards, and maintain equipment.

Maintenance Crew Members Assist with lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup. Ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.

Fertilization Technician Applies fertilizer and lawn treatments while monitoring turf health. Requires attention to detail and the ability to follow application schedules and safety guidelines. Licensing may be required depending on experience.

Mechanic -- Small Engine & Automotive Responsible for maintaining and repairing company equipment and vehicles including mowers, trimmers, trucks, and trailers. Experience with small engine repair and general automotive maintenance preferred.
