Job Duties This is a 12-month, full time, position starting at $28.24 per hour. The position includes insurance, health care savings plan, deferred compensation matching plan after one year, vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.

The person in this position provides assistance to the Director of Business Services and the business office which includes managing the various accounts of the district, facilities scheduling, workers compensation claim processing, OSHA reporting and accounts payable.

Applicants should:

Have experience in processing workers compensation claims

Have experience in accounts payable

Have knowledge and skills of bookkeeping

Have skills in computer technology

Have exemplary office skills

Have knowledge of business etiquette

Have skills in business writing

Ability to multi-task

Qualifications: Associate's degree in accounting, business, finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
