Essential Functions:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

Administrative

Coordinate and ensure monthly donor letters and thank you cards are gathered or written and mailed on a timely basis.

Schedule, plan, and organize in-house or off-site activities, like staff meetings, parties, celebrations, conferences, health fairs booths, and other educational, community, or team-building events.

Bookkeeping and Computer Operations

Responsible for in-office bookkeeping procedures including payroll, payments, deposits, and receipting of donors.

Provide financial and donor reports for the Executive Director and Office Manager on a weekly basis and for the Board of Directors monthly or as needed.

Maintain an up-to-date general mailing list and produce mailing labels as needed.

Implementation and maintenance of data entry for annual fundraising events.

Fundraising and Development

Maintain a calendar of community events and meetings. Make recommendations to the executive director on attendance and participation.

Accompany the executive director to meetings, community events, meet and greets, and other community outreach/networking opportunities at the request of the executive director.

Sit on the fundraising committee, assisting with events and other fundraising efforts as needed.

Represent the organization at churches, community events, meetings, and health fairs, and other events as needed

Other

Carry out other duties that may be prescribed from time to time by the executive director.
