This role is the operational heartbeat of the account, keeping global teams aligned, processes sharp, and delivery running smoothly in a highly regulated, detail-focused environment. You'll partner closely with leadership to drive governance, reporting, quality, and continuous improvement across event management, attendee data, web, and finance functions. If you love building structure, solving complex challenges, and making great work happen behind the scenes, this could be your next move. You're Good At Leading cross-functional teams and keeping complex workstreams moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven Financial Services environment Building SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational controls that support quality, compliance, and consistency Turning data into action through KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and clear operational reporting Managing budgets, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives with strong financial accuracy and business judgment Using Cvent and event technology tools to improve attendee experiences, reporting, and overall program delivery.
