Senior International Financial Advisor(Houston, TX): Play leading role in employers provision of proprietary investment advice to Latin American high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, including: Manage and increase a portfolio of Latin American clients, including extensive communication with clients in written and spoken Spanish; plan and direct investment strategy and select investments or investment mixes; ensure the pipeline development, progress, feedback and quality service offered by employers professional Investment Advisors to high and ultra-high net worth clients; advise and provide recommendations to employers senior management on product development offerings, investment strategies, fee schedules, platform services and client product sentiment; support the coordination of employers global partners as being a source of new relations and business opportunities; advise and supervise employers Investment Advisors regarding licensing processes and certification exams; and coordinate training with employers CIO and Investment Advisors on offshore investment product offerings, custodial processes, managing portfolios of clients and tax efficient investment alternatives.

Travel required to Latin America, approximately 2 weeks per month, to meet with Latin American clients.

Requires:Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration or related, and 2 years experience as a financial advisor (any title). Experience must include 2 years of managing international investments including stocks/equities, bonds/fixed income, mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETF), undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS), structured notes, collateralized loans, exchange rates transactions, option derivatives, offshore currency hedging, managed accounts, tax exposure for domestic and offshore clients, real estate investment trusts (REITs), cash solutions, and commodities. The position requires at least one (or a combination, where noted) of the following financial licenses/certifications: Series 65; Series 7 together with Series 66; CFP; CIC; ChFC; PFS; or CFA. The position also requires written and oral Spanish fluency.
